The Heathcote Terraces and Pool Deck at 626 Ocean Drive will be renovated with new terraces, planters, ramps, a refreshed pool deck, gym and meeting room for guests. Additionally, 8 guest rooms will also undergo renovations, including reconfiguration of bathroom layouts
Imperial Hotel
Imperial Guest Rooms at 650 Ocean Drive will also undergo renovations, including the replacement of plumbing fixtures, newly finished floors and repainting of walls and doors for a refreshed aesthetic that still honors the original design. Restrooms will be altered to be American Disabilities Act (ADA)-compliant, while finishes and doors will be replaced.
Class A Office Building
Conducted a complete renovation of an existing 5300 square foot office building, resulting in a state-of-the-art headquarters for The Lynx Companies .
FDOT Historic Train Station
Renovation and preservation of a historic transit station, resulting in improved commuter traffic flow, a more aesthetically pleasing commuter experience, ADA-compliance and an exterior that can withstand South Florida’s tropical weather conditions while preserving the station’s historic identity.
Park Central (The Celino Hotel)
Executing the Hotel’s historic preservation, expansion and remodel of three key structures, as well as new construction of a fourth structure, to comprise a single hotel property that honors the hotel’s rich history in Miami Beach’s art deco movement. The new hotel property will be the first of its kind on Miami Beach.
